Medical Cannabis Card
Daniel Fenton FNP will be setup at the event for those who qualify, we provide new card certification and renewals. You do not have to establish yourself as a permanent patient, we provide this service for our entire community. Visit our booth at the 4/19 event
If you have medical documentation showing your qualifying condition, bring that with you. Cost would be discounted to only $60 CASH at this event with ID and correct documents.
